Electronic pop pioneer Gary Numan is set to play Dublin’s The Button Factory this November, on the tour of his upcoming album “Splinter”. 

The seminal “Cars” and “Are Friends Electric” star makes his very welcome return to the venue on Friday 8th November, shortly after the worldwide release of his new album on October 14th.

Q. What age do I need to be?

A. You must be 16yrs and older to audition; formal ID will be required at registration.

Q. Will I get to audition on the day that I register?

A. Yes, please advise the registration team if you have a return flight to catch etc 

Q. Do I need to bring a prepared backing track?

A. No, just you and your voice needed.

Q.  Can I bring an instrument?

A. If you sing while playing guitar this is ok but no drums etc, this is a singing audition.

Q. Can my friends and family watch me audition?

A. They can keep you company in the queue but only the person auditioning will be allowed inside the venue. When you get to the door they will need to leave.

Q. Is there parking at the venue?

A. No, nearest parking facilities are Fleet St and Jervis St.

Q. I’m coming to Dublin by Ferry, am I near the venue?

A. Dublin Bus operate from the Ferry to the City Centre Bus Station, You can take a Luas from thereto Jervis and the venue is a 5min walk from there
