After nearly losing the run of themselves last April at the Button Factory they're back to strum, pluck and sing the night away the only way they know how: ukulele-style.  Expect 60 years of pop music crammed artfully into one wild night, under the safe and watchful eye of the nine members of the West Cork Ukulele Orchestra. 

The West Cork Ukulele Orchestra is a nine-piece juggernaut of musical excess, brought together for one purpose: to rock the planet, ukulele-style! Leapfrogging over barriers of genre, time and taste, The WCUO plunder the last 60 years of awesomeness to put on a riproaring show full of lush harmonies and death-defying ukulele-playing.  They blazed comet-like through 2011, selling out shows in the Spiegeltent, DeBarras and The Pavilion whilst achieving the goal every Irish parent has for their child: an appearance on The Late Late Show.   

Expect to hear classic and contemporary pop songs put through the blender, emerging turbo-charged and sparkling with ukulele magic.  From A-ha to Lady Gaga, from the Beach Boys to The Cure, things will never sound the same again!
