About Emileo:
Emileo was born in the East of Berlin, decided to go abroad to the South of Spain at the age of 16 and fell in love with Morocco four years later. Her alternative music seethes with individuality and is rooted in the local music cultures of her different homes of heart. In her songs, in five different languages, the DIY artist remembers the blue of Berlin's August sky or how she lost her heart to Marrakesh, where the red streets burn under a pomegranate sun…

Emileo has won the Sinéad O'Connor scholarship from BIMM Dublin where she is currently studying songwriting. She is now living in the heart of Temple Bar and released her debut EP ‘Lord of the Fish` in the summer of 2021. Emileo performed at the Ireland Music Week 2021 and was chosen by the radio stations 98 FM and Spin Southwest as one of their artists for the Irish Music Month.

Emileo has been supporting artists like Tori Amos, Mundy or Tolü Makay and has performed at renown Irish venues, such as the Olympia Theatre, Whelan’s, Vicar Street or the G in Dublin, as well as at the famous Róisín Dubh in Galway and the Opera House in Cork.

She recently completed a course in Classical Indian Vocal Singing in Jaipur, India, for which she got a scholarship from the German government in order to support her curiosity and affection for different music cultures.
